CallMonitor offers a wide range of statistics that enables you to properly monitor and manage your call agents. The statistics can be set for any time period such as daily, weekly, monthly or any custom range. The statistics include:

  • Calls Count (Incoming, outgoing, missed)

    View daily, weekly, monthly counts of calls. Compare month by month or year by year or any custom time range as required.
  • Cumulative Calls Duration (incoming, outgoing)

    Shows the total duration of the incoming calls being received and also shows the total duration of the outgoing calls.
